He has been designated as the Key Management Personnel since April 2010, as the Chief
People Officer of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the 3 rd largest exchange in the
world and till date. Chandrasekhar has the unique exposure of working in both Greenfield
and Brownfield projects and assignments, including working in different work environments
and cultures, like MNCs, Indian Companies (both professionally board and promoter driven)
Public Sector, Government of India and NGO.
He is known to facilitate organizations to conceptualise / implement HR and Employee
Relations best practices, including spearheading implementation of eHR in his last six
companies and Merger & Acquisition.
He is currently working with Bhilosa Industries, as Senior President & CHRO, a textile
company with an annual turnover of Rs. 8500 Cr, 35 factories and an employee strength of
11,000. Prior to this Alumini of South Indian Bank, SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited &

Known as ‘Chandra’, among his sports fraternity, he is a sports enthusiast and former

Exim Bank Business Excellence Prize twice in 2014 & 2016, at the Annual National Quality
Summit of the CII and certified as ‘’Great Workplace” by the GPTW Institute, USA and
ranked 44 th (All India) in the Economic Times GPTW Awards in June 2017.
In recognition of his body of work, Chandrasekhar has also been recognised internationally
at the World CHRO conference 2016-17 in Dubai and ‘HR Mavericks’ Award in Digital Era at

Dr. HK Pradhan
Dr. HK Pradhan is Professor of Finance and Economics at XLRI, Xavier School of Management at Jamshedpur, where he also served as the member of the Board of Governors & Chaired the Doctoral Programme. He has over 35 years of experience in teaching, research and consulting in the field of financial economics. With a Master degree from Utkal University, an M Phil & Ph.D. from the University of Pune at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Dr Pradhan was a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Columbia University Business School, New York in 1999-2000. Dr Pradhan is presently an Independent Director of SBI-DFHI Mumbai, and The Yes Asset Management Trustee Company, Ltd, Mumbai. He also served as member of the RBI Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Financial Markets, an Independent Director of the State Bank of India Mutual Fund, Director on the Board of Micro Credit Rating International Ltd and Member of the Index & Option Committee of NCDEX, Mumbai. He was the Pacific Regional Advisor for the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, while serving concurrently as the Resident Debt Advisor with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Fiji Islands. He served as debt advisor for several Commonwealth Countries, acted as expert for the United Nations in the Finance for Development(FfD) initiative, drafted the framework papers for the Doha meet of the UN-ESCAP, acted as consultant to the Asian Development Bank on Municipal Finance, and to Crown Agents London on debt management. His research interest includes asset pricing, risk management, debt markets, MSSME and microfinance, financial inclusion and digital finance, and financial literacy.
Dr. Pitabas Mohanty
Dr. Pitabas Mohanty is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. A Gold Medalist in MA (Applied Economics) he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI) and a cost accountant. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Stern School of Business, New York University in 2009-10. He has got more than twenty-five years of teaching experience in Investments and Corporate Finance. He has published several papers in international and national journals and authored five books in Finance including books in Business Valuation, Spreadsheet Skills for Finance Professionals, and Financial Analytics. He has conducted numerous training programs for companies in India and abroad including companies from Dubai, Quatar, and Kuwait in Company Valuation and Financial Modeling.
Dr. Joydeep Dutta
Dr. Joydeep Dutta is a faculty member at IIT Kanpur's Department of Mathematics and Statistics, focusing on optimization applications in economics and engineering problems. He was a Professor on Deputation at the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology, Jodhpur. He served as a Professor of Mathematical Economics at the Department of Economic Sciences and Economics Group at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. He was a Professor of Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the Institute of Management Technology, and Lecturer in Mathematics at P. D. Women's College at North Bengal University. The author has received several fellowships throughout their academic and professional career. In June 2000, He was awarded the Visiting Fellowship of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Culture. He also received the Post-Doctoral Fellowship of the National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM) in India in December 1998 and the Junior Research Fellowship from the University Grants Commission, Government of India in 1993. He also received Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Scholarship from the Government of India in 1993. He also holds membership in several professional societies such as the International Working Group on Generalized Convexity and Generalized Monotonicity, the Research Group on Mathematical Inequalities and Applications; Pacific Optimization Research Activity Group. He is also a referee for various journals, including the Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, the Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications, the Journal of Global Optimization, Numerical Functional Analysis and Optimization, and the Pacific Journal of Optimization.
